Two Peaceful Nights

Mommy said she was so excited because I slept through the night for two nights in a row. But she can't possibly be as excited as me. I hate waking up in my dark room, surrounded by bars, wondering if she can hear me. I think she must have super ears though. I never cry for very long before she comes and checks on me. She must love me a lot.

I woke up very early this morning and me and mommy hung out alone while Brother slept. I think Mommy stays up late with Brother at night while I'm sleeping, so I guess I get her to myself in the morning. So that works out well for all of us.

Mommy went for her morning walk and Brother and I hung out with Geneva. Then when Mommy got home we all went outside to play. Brother played frisbee with Daddy (he sure is good. He caught it with one hand!) And I checked on mommy's flowers for her. It was hot today so we need to make sure they have enough water. And I like feeling how soft they are.

Then this evening we walked down to Subway for dinner. Mommy said it was too hot to cook. Then we saw a car accident and big red firetrucks. But amidst all the excitement, I was ready for my own dinner, so we went home.....mommy fed me cereal and vegies and I was ready for bed right away.
