It's All About Slobber and Pain!
It hasn't been easy for me lately. I currently have 8 teeth, and I think I have 4 more coming in. The last few days have been really really rough. Lots of pain, lots of slobber and not enough sleep (for anyone in my house). Last night was the worst yet. Mommy put me to bed, and I was fine at first, but then I woke up about 20 minutes later in the worst pain I could imagine. Mommy tried to lay me down again, but "No Thank You, Ma'am!". Did she not hear my screams, and see the puddle of slobber I was laying in. So I just took it up a few decibels and mommy came back right away with an arsenal of pain-fighting goods. First I had to suck down some Tylenol (I like Cherry better than Grape). Then she gave me those quick-dissolving tablets that look like Nitro pills (that's what daddy says), and finally I had to taste the icky orajel stuff. I hate it when she puts that in my mouth, but it does help. But most importantly, I got to sit in the rocker with her until I felt better. Brother came in to check on us like he always does, and mommy quietly shooed him out. I don't mind him coming in, but mommy wants me to concentrate on falling asleep so that's what I did. I must have went out fast because I don't remember getting back into my crib. All in all, it was a good night. I really didn't want to wake up, because I know I have to go through all that again for the day. I wish these things would just come up or LEAVE ME ALONE. Who needs teeth anyway? I am happy eating my mashed up food, it's quite tasty.
Night time is the worst. During the day, brother plays with me lots, so it takes my mind off of the pain. I'll have to get mommy to take a picture of all my teeth and maybe you'll feel my pain. Time to go....adventures are to be found within the jungle of my living room.
